Ordering Information
How do I order online?
Placing an order online is simple and secure. Follow these steps:
- Use the search bar or browse categories to find your desired item.
- Click on the item to view its details.
- On the product page, select your size and any customization options.
- Click “Add to Cart”.
- Adjust quantities in your cart if needed.
- Review your order and proceed to “Check Out”.
- Enter shipping details, choose a shipping method, then click “Apply” and “Continue”.
- Enter payment information and apply any coupon or gift certificate codes.
Your card will not be charged at this stage. - Review your order one final time and click “Submit”.
Do I have to order online?
We also accept orders via email. Just send your complete order list to our customer service team.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You may modify or cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process. Please contact customer service immediately via live chat or email.
Note: If you do not receive a confirmation email, your change may not have been processed. Once shipping has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us. In the event an item is lost during transit, we will reship a new package at no extra cost.
Do you accept customized teamwear orders?
Yes! We welcome team and corporate orders and offer volume discounts. Our professional design team will collaborate with you to create a unique look for your team. You may select from our logo library or provide your own custom design.
Can I place an order for my retail business?
We accept corporate orders and provide volume discounts on jerseys. Please contact us via email for details.

Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 5–25 business days. Processing may take longer for customized items, back-orders, or special orders. Larger orders (over 15 items or 3kg) may be split into multiple shipments.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or private mailbox?
Yes, but orders shipped to P.O. boxes are delivered via China Post only.
Are your products restricted in my country?
Sports apparel is generally not restricted, but import regulations vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs agency before placing an order.
What if I’m missing an item or receive a defective/incorrect item?
We apologize if your order was not processed correctly. Please contact us, and we will resolve the issue promptly. We typically reship replacements free of charge.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund—no reason required!
Please contact us first and return the item in marketable condition to the correct address.
Important note: We do not accept returns of customized jerseys (with badges, names, or numbers).

Jersey Care Guide
Many jerseys feature heat-transfer prints. To maintain their quality:
- We recommend hand washing. If machine washing, turn the jersey inside out to protect the print.
- Avoid harsh scrubbing and prolonged sun exposure. Hang jerseys when not in use.
- If the print peels, lay the jersey flat, cover the design with non-stick plastic, and iron at 150°C for 7–8 seconds. Repeat if needed.
Do not iron directly on the print.
